1. FACE OIL
Apply a few drops to cleansed skin, ideally over a hydrating mist – taking time to massage your skin.
2. BODY OIL
Apply generously anywhere you desire all over! For best results use on slightly damp skin after a bath or shower.
3. OIL CLEANSER
Apply a good few drops of oil to your face, massaging into the skin as you would a cleanser. It’s best removed with a warm cloth or (not hot!). Don’t worry if there is any oil left on your skin, this is great for your skin!
4. BATH OIL
You can use just a few drops or a generous amount to your liking. This allows you to emerge from your bath already moisturised and supple.
5. HAIR OIL
Use a couple of drops on damp ends or a drop spread across your palms smoothed over your hair when dry. Or try an Ayurvedic hair oiling practice, by slightly warming some oil and massaging your scalp in circular motions with your fingertips, working the oil from the root to the ends. The sesame and argan oil will be super nourishing for your hair.
6. BROW OIL
For nourished brows, apply a small drop of oil before bed, or apply it for a glossy-brow look during the day.
7. BEARD OIL
Put one to three drops of oil in the palms of your hands and massage it into your entire beard in a downward motion.
8. GUA-SHA OIL
Provides the perfect slip during your gua-sha practice and especially as we’ve included oils designed to help circulation and healing.
9. MASSAGE OR SELF-MASSAGE OIL
You might like to focus on massaging a specific body part each day or spend a few minutes massaging in long strokes from the feet upwards ending with a face massage.
10. CUTICLE OIL
For dry or cracked cuticles apply a small drop to each finger and massage into the cuticle area.
11. AROMATHERAPY OIL
The mood-brightening blend of essential oils (particularly Palmarosa Vetivert, Palo santo, and Clary Sage) can be best enjoyed on the pressure points by adding a drop to the neck, wrists or inner elbows.
12. BODY BRUSHING OIL
If your skin is a little sensitive it can help to use the oil when you body brush or you can apply it after as a soothing treatment.
